Prices and conditions.
The photographs on this site can be purchased in three ways.
1. As 16 x 20 inch ink jet prints. The price for such purchases is $400 dollars US, and will be delivered in a tube/package through the mails.
2. As digital files, either on a CD or through e-mail. These images are sold for use and cannot be resold as digital files. Their only allowed use is for books, magazine articles etc, and full credit to the photographer - David Barkin must be shown in any manuscript use of any kind. The price for such use is $50 dollars US.
3. Outright purchase of the digital files. This will give the user the full use and resale of these images, the only limitation being that the actual photographer, David barkin, be given the photographic credit. The price for such purchase is $1,000 dollars US.
The paintings on this site can be purchased in the same manner as above, the differences are as follows:
1. A 16 x 20 ink jet print will cost $1,000 dollars US. All other conditions remain the same as for photographs.
2. As a digital file, the price is $50 dollars US, the same as one of the photographs. All other conditions remain the same as for photographs.
3. Outright purchase of the paintings, with full rights, is $20,000 dollars US and any use must include the credit of the artist, David Barkin. All other conditions remain the same as for photographs.
